not really

if i were an OMB guy and congress signed off on it, my best idea there would be to force hreps and senators offices to release not down to the dollar but maybe by account itemized finance reports with inflows and outflows either quarterly or bi-annually

i feel like some graft is inevitable and probably legitimately greases the wheels of statecraft but if voters had clearer access to the data they'd be able to make more informed decisions when congressional elections rolled around
