When tiktok was newer in like 2019 and it was full of hot chicks dancing and funny edgy videos and it wasn't just moms in cars talking angrily into their phone camera about Current Thing, I'd scroll it on ipad before bed and then it got to where my sleep wasn't restful, like my "dreams" were becoming a reel of 5 second video clips and I'd wake up feeling like i went through "enhanced interrogation" at Guantanamo bay. It absolutely melts your brain. Had to delete it

I'll never forget reading this psycho girlfriend post in AITA sub getting roasted because she broke up with bf over him trying to show her stuff from his IG reel or google search results, after she repeatedly made it clear that she didn't want to be exposed to any online content ever because it was all intended to brain wash. Realize that chick was completely right in hindsight. She should probably run for POTUS
