Give him credit for making an earnest attempt at balancing the fucked up fiscal picture he inherited

Anyway seems like the city council is going to ignore Madamni anyway. Reading between the lines Madami is making the situation look worse because he wants to raise DEM TAXES but that can only be done at the state level on income taxes (and the city council dingfagd him on property taxes).
