I’m a shell of the man I once was, prior to cancer. My joints hurt constantly, I’m always tired, my extremities are painful 24/7 (Neuropathy). My mental state is weak, knowing I could have a recurrence at any time. I pretty much just want to get high all day, every day and slide out of society.

yeah, it doesn’t work to well. Mainly cymbalta, I think I’m going to stop taking it. I’d rather have pain in my feet than no libido.

I am thinking of asking my doctor to authorize me to start taking the Galleri blood test once a year, it’s $1,000 and screens for 50 types of cancer. I’m sure he’ll drag his feet and say it’s not worth it given the rate of false positives and the low rates of cancer at my age (38). But I keep hearing of relatively young people going into the grave after some horrible cancer diagnosis. Don’t know why the medical establishment doesn’t properly consider that a deadly disease at a younger age is worse than at an older age.
