I used to build 1/10 hobby RC cars. Cost a fucking fortune. The biggest mistake I ever made was buying this 4WD model because it turned out to be 100x more complex than any 2WD. The "Coyote" lmao, fuck that piece of shit.
XX years later I bought some off-brand Chinese RC car thinking it would be a pre-assembled piece of shit. I figured I'd just put a new motor, new servos and new shocks on it, and didn't even think about it.
I also thought I ordered a 2WD model but I guess I didn't because it's 4WD. I was pissed until I messed around with it. It's built like a brick shithouse. The motors even have cooling fans on them. The differential looks like Nikola Tesla designed it. The thing even has traction control. I don't know how it works yet, but I'll find out soon. It's ridic.
