93/7 Grass fed beef 16oz 680 92P
Cucumber salad 20 (cucumber slices and red wine vinegar)
Half can tomatoes 40 2P
Chicken breast ~11oz 300 45P
Asparagus can 12oz 35 4P
1075 calories 143 protein
Vitamin gummies, sports drinks zero etc. so I need to add 100 calories
Probably overshooting on calories as I drained the beef (weighed it and it was 4oz but water was probably a lot of it) and chicken was grilled so lost some fat in those processes. The numbers on protein and calories are not consistent on various websites and packaging so I am targeting middle of the road numbers.
