In leaked text messages during her 2022 campaign for Nevada Attorney General, Chattah reportedly compared incumbent AG Aaron Ford (a Black Democrat) to the leader of Hamas, and said he “should be hanging from a fucking crane.”
She called Rep. Jamaal Bowman “antisemitic ghetto rat”
Her Wikipedia page notes that Chattah has made statements about Palestinians, including referring to them as “animals,” calling for wiping Gaza “off the map,” and saying that “even the children” in the enclave are “terrorists.”
Chattah represented, at least initially, one of the six Nevada Republican operatives who submitted false certificates intending to show Trump won Nevada in 2020.
Documents revealed that, while serving as acting U.S. Attorney, Chattah urged the FBI to investigate debunked GOP claims about voter fraud in Nevada’s 2020 election. She provided data from the Nevada GOP regarding alleged votes by undocumented immigrants and tribal members, and asked for probes that could affect congressional races
