He was shot due to normal fog of war shit which happens in every single violent encounter between 2 thugs, 1 thug and 1 cop, 2 drunk bar Chads, etc., much less a conflict involving 10+ people. Put it in front of a jury and let them decide, but it seems like nothing criminal happened here (other than obstruction i guess, and perhaps felony murder rule to anyone the other tranniez in that melee) |
