Contacting anyone about this is of course impossible so you either have to either charge back, cancel the card, or give Kikelon $12/month for nothing, forever

I’m talking about suspended (i.e. banned permanently unless successful appeal), it sounds like you mean “locked” which is a temporary thing with fewer restrictions |
