That's probably more cr than big, chunky, padded running shoes for many people, but there is nothing like five finger toe shoes. It feels very close to running truly barefoot, which is the most CR if you're in the right place for it--a nice grassy field, the beach.
Anyway, I do enjoy running in the five fingers considerably more than I enjoy running in more standard running shoes. |
