Lindsey Graham called President Trump to brief him on his recent trip to Ukraine and press for a Senate vote on new Russia sanctions. Trump said he was preparing fresh strikes on Iran following another attack on commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Graham later fell ill but joked, "I can't die now," insisting he still had to pass Russia sanctions, "get Iran sorted out" and achieve Israeli-Saudi normalization. He died hours later. - Axios |
