I'll skip over the bullshit to get to the point. Governments are untrustworthy shit. I'll take the one I can criticize more openly and directly. It's a large bonus to me that it also doesn't have centralized technological control over society (instead being in the phase of tech bros duking it out over fragmented playgrounds).
