A lot of this stuff would take me far longer than it would take a pro. It fucking sucks to be wrenching late into the evening because you *need* the car to be working the next day.
It also fucking sucks when you've got your car apart and you discover that there are parts that you need sooner rather than later... but how are you going to get to the parts store when your car is apart??
Of course if you do have a second car, then there is just that much more maintenance to do... |
