Brett, let's talk for a sec about the Seamless portion of the combine. We've been hearing that depending on the firm or managing partner, that metric is going to be looked at differently.
Yeah, Dan, there are a couple different takes on that. Some firms are gonna look at a summer associate who orders right up to the firm's nightly dollar limit as too assertive. Yes that cost is getting passed on to the client, but that's evidence of an associate trying to max out their own welfare in some small regard. Lot of firms don't want to see that kind of behavior, no matter how trivially it manifests itself.
And other firms, Brett?
Yeah, they're gonna look at *what* you ordered. If you're hitting the dollar limit, but you're getting their not by ordering a small amount of good sushi or whatever, but a ton of shit food--I'm talking about burger, fries, shake, chickent tenders, cheesecake from a midtown diner--they're gonna like that. Some firms will like that sort of sad gluttony and unnecessary rapaciousness.
