My bank has a sorting rack that they make me use if it isn't rolled. I guess the teller was trying to embarrass me. Jokes on them, I already know I'm poor.

Using cardboard from work to make coupons for batches of cookies to give as Christmas presents. Most everyone lost theirs so never had to actually spend money for most of those presents.

Edit: moving to the city really and getting another job isn't an option because I don't have money for a deposit and my oldest son got us evicted for his violent episodes by ripping the door off of his hinges in his room and punching holes in the walls. He has level three autism, he is over 6 ft tall, and he is over 200 lb. He just got kicked out of a residential facility for his violence. This land is all I have left basically.

Edit 2: I didn't expect this post to blow up this fast. If every person that had read this post had given me a dollar, I would never be broke again LOL

Edit 3: I want to stay here and build it up, rather than sell and try to rent again. It's one of the few properties that have no zoning restrictions for housing and doesn't have an HOA. And I own it outright. I never have to worry if I can't afford rent or if whoever owns the property decides to sell or upcharge it. I also refuse to ever be homeless again. This land gives me that freedom. I'm not wanting millions of dollars. From the way I figure it, it will be 30 grand for the well (about a year and half worth of rent and electric payments) and another 6 grand for some more solar panels and a wind turbine for electric. After that I'm set for life. It would be about 250 a month in bills between car insurance, gas, medical, and phone/Internet which I can easily get with door dashing and selling soap and other homemade goods. I have a plan, but it was supposed to happen slowly when I was still in Colorado. When we were evicted from my son's behavior, we came back to the only place we had. Anyway thank you for all of the advice.

I work 24/7 at my homestead, doordashing, and at a gas station and I still am broke. I sell rabbits, chicken eggs, duck eggs, and quail eggs. I don't even have electricity or running water. Just a solar battery Bank and a water tank I have to haul. Everything takes 15 times longer, just to do laundry and dishes and my gas costs so much that I'm losing money. What am I doing wrong? I've had to ask for help for gas money and medicine for my wife. I'm tired of struggling. I just want a few days to breathe without stressing about my financial situation.

I’m in the US. I’m single, homeless, unemployed, have no relatives left, I lost all my friends since they all either became parents or moved far away, and I’m living one of the worst lives in the world. The job market has been getting worse every year since Covid, plus I have very serious autism and no social skills whatsoever so I am unable to get a job or pay rent or make friends, I haven’t had a single friend in over 20 years now and counting, and the only people I talk to are people here on Reddit. So for the time being I’m living in my car and working for uber and door dash like a loser

Being around almost anyone here makes me uncomfortable, angry and depressed since almost everyone in my country, the US, is living a better and wealthier life than me, which is why I choose not to make friends, I just can’t be friends with people who are wealthier than me, which is almost everyone in this country.

If I can’t be around people without being envious and resentful of them in this country, then I feel I’m better off traveling to and spending an indefinite amount of time living in a poorer country where everyone’s at least is in the same boat as me, which is being poor, and I’m not surrounded by people who could make me jealous. Some days I fantasize moving to a least developed country like Haiti or Somalia where I’d be on the same level financially as everyone else, which makes it a lot harder for me to negatively compare myself to rich people, since I’ll never see them if I live in a least developed country. I don’t care about my safety or health in those places since I don’t plan or want to live much longer anyway. There’s too many rich and snobby millionaires and billionaires in my country the US, and I’m constantly surrounded by them everywhere I go which makes me very uncomfortable, angry and depressed. My brain is wired in a way that I can’t stop negatively comparing myself unless I change my environment completely and stay away from people who trigger my jealousy, which I cannot do in the US. Here in the US, blue collar workers, poor people, and just about anyone not in the white collared world, are frowned upon and considered losers and that’s one thing I hate about this country, and why I fantasize just bouncing around a bunch of really poor third world countries for an indefinite amount of time, until I reach my goal, which is death
