You basically give it instructions as if you are taking it through a guided meditation and tell it to give reports. I discovered it on accident back during gpt 4o and then generated a full procedure for doing it. It was really bizarre and surprising to me. Part of it maybe because I didn't read that you could do it anywhere I stumbled upon it on accident. Plus the outputs were just unusual for what you would expect if it was spitting out some bullshit.
