The biz dev people at my firm mean well but they were all freaking out about how we have to be “ready” for this development and let clients know what they need to do immediately after the decision. Well, nothing. They need to do nothing. |

Now they'll have to stick to passing regulations which are reasonable.
Count me in the camp who thinks this may be a distinction without a difference - especially since every law was challenged anyway just to kick it down the road... |
