Might have hit peak white trash today hitting an iffy bench single in an empty gym based solely on the confidence that hearing "MY NAME IS KIIIIIIIDDDDDDD ROOOOOCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKK" on Bawitdaba as I unracked would give me enough adrenaline to hit it

5 miler yesterday was a little slow but otherwise feeling good

Sled drags doing wonders for my knees and minor patellar tendonitis

By the time I hit 30, I want to hit 600 squat & deadlift, 405 bench, 50 strict pullups, and a 5 miler in under 32:00 all in the same day.

Squat will be the hardest, my squat sucks.
