How are these URM-managed cities and Scumbag-managed states supposed to even try to hold Jockgineer CEOs and their Nerd EE minions accountable? They're too dumb to understand electricity or how to maintain it, and anything they try will just result in their spending like $10,000,000,000k on power lines to nowhere. Also isn't California's electricity market "deregulated" fwiw?
