i started tracking NW in January of 2019.
Jan 2019 = 3 mil
Jan 2020 = 4 mil
Jan 2021 = 4.2 mil
Jan 2022 = 4.5 mil
Jan 2023 = 5.1 mil
Jan 2024 = 6.1 mil
September 2024 = 7 mil
The above numbers are my NW not including the equity I have in my homes. Adding that in is what gets me to 10 million currently.

If you look at the NW years I posted above you'll see that NW didn't move a lot from 2020 to 2023. That's because the business was close to break even most of those years and I was working a separate job at the time too (basically doing 80+ hours a week) and my wife still had her job at that time too.
I'm hoping that I'll make 1.5-2 mil going forward each year. I don't think I can expand it much more without taking on additional risk |
