It is starting to really look like our new President of the United Nations Security Council, Abukar Dahir Osman, used to run an operation that was convicted of criminal Medicare fraud in a home health agency.

That's who is in charge of authorizing UN military operations and international peacekeeping troops. This is ridiculous.

And his LinkedIn does show that he was managing director for a Progressive Health Care Services in Cincinnati:

The exclusion code associated with this NPI is 1128a1 ... which is that this entity has been convicted of Medicaid/Medicare crimes!
