Going on facebook or twitter or reddit or xo or wherever else.
There were broadly 2 purposes,
Attention whoring and info getting.
AI blows social media out of the water in info getting, whatever you want to talk about, AI can chat with you reasonably intelligently almost instantly, if you give it enough info about yourself to generally learn what you find interesting about things, its vastly more efficient that posting something on social media and hoping someone who's opinion you would respect finds it, and is on a similar enough wavelength to vibe a response you would find satisfying.
That mostly just leaves the attention whoring (depending on how you interact with AI, AI can probably handle that too, but that's not quite where I was going with it). |

I'm conflicted about how much I should let AI learn about me.
I do find that if I call out bullshit on things I find bullshit.
It does really improve the responses.
(or at least it appears that way, maybe I'm just myopically wrapping myself in my bubble, its hard to tell).
