Kamchatka is essentially the size of Florida and Georgia combined. It's a random drop presumably in random weather. Is it possible I can get to a coast or a road within a few days? Sure. Is it also possible I have an 80-mile hike in mountain terrain in the winter? Yep, and probably more likely.
