Like I wasn't Allowed to ride my bike to anywhere good, and no one gave me a Ride. Summer vacation just reinforced Clique differences. Jocks go to basketball camp, Preps get SAT tutors and host Garden Parties where they invite the School Board POTUS, which helps them use their soft power to increase their kids' GPAs. Scumbags get into all sorts of trouble and are known to break their limbs riding dirt bikes, or to get injures or Wounds that require "stitches." Discuss. I went to a large prole high school so the bball team was competitive. in the nyc area there are a lot of catholic rec leagues that kids play in when they dont make varsity. those were always more fun because the coaches were typically old drunks, and it was informal so no plays just run and gun. I distinctly remember one night where cops were ripping through sand dunes and chasing us, there was a thick bed of autumn leaves on the ground so we dashed into the woods and hit the ground and covered our bodies with leaves. The cops were scanning the area with flashlights and literally walked right over us, never found us, it was one of the craziest nights of my life. I can even pinpoint the exact location:
