Your rented dwelling will be an ordinary dwelling of its type, it will have no special features. You may arm yourself in any way lawfully permitted in that location. You may not break any laws during the year other than parking and traffic violations. You must have moved in by 00:01 am on January 1. At midnight on December 31, you receive $5 million tax free. I'm on the west side of Mound Bayou, MS (there are very few 90% nigger towns, as of the 2020 census). I immediately bar the windows and doors, put up a 10 foot brick security wall, install a comprehensive camera and floodlight system, and secure the garage so it can't be opened from the outside (probably industrial metal doors + app activated opening). I have my full arsenal, and if things get hairy I'll hire security.
Should be easy money.
