That's what I've gathered from reddit.. but in medicine professional courtesy is considered 3months just because that's how long it takes to get credentialed even if they sign a contract with someone next day(they will not). The only way theyll be able to fill my position is if someone internal wants to switch sections. My immediate boss would be stuck with looking for someone new and he's a good guy.
