Is John Daly the only major winner in golf who was objectively dumb?

Trying to think of the dumbest great golfer after John Daly and it's like grasping at air.

trevino isn’t low iq. he’s prole and mexican but doing a shtick. i think he was covering for being a depressedmo and stuck with it.
going back a ways, sam snead was wasn’t the brightest. i remember hearing he was confused about being mentioned in newspapers in cities he hadn’t been to and ben hogan thought he was dumb.
but the lowest iq dood i can think of who won a major was george archer, winner of the 1969 masters. he was completely illiterate. he once said “if it wasn’t for golf, i’d probably be a caddie” which sounds like some yogi berra shit but he was actually just retarded |
