For more adventurous I am interested in Antarctica and a diving liveaboard in the Galapagos but my dive skills are not where I think they have to be for that to be safe and enjoyable at the moment. Date: November 21st, 2025 11:56 AM Author: Emperor CRISPR Chad von Neumann III We had a pretty sporty crossing of the Drake on the way there and even a big 400 ft ship with a modern bow was ROCKING. Then on the way back it may as well have been a lake.
I feel like cruising a smaller boat through the Patagonia fjords, or the Norwegian fjords would be my absolute favorite trip. Have it on the bucket list for retirement, especially if I can hit a number that would let me buy a used Nordhavn or something and run it for a few years in early retirement. |
