If the Abraxas God-image is taken seriously - if good and evil are ontologically co-equal and suffering is no longer provisionally redeemable -then familiar moral, spiritual, and psychological assurances collapse. What follows is an examination of what remains once those guarantees are removed: what kind of responsibility, discernment, and individuation are possible in a world that cannot be theologically redeemed without remainder, and what kind of psyche can endure that recognition without retreating into denial, predation, or false consolation.

Date: December 26th, 2025 6:40 PM Author: Consuela Sometimes I don’t use it at all - see the two recent Archon posts for examples. Usually I use it as an editor to improve readability and flow after the draft is finished. Occasionally I use it as a Socratic sparring partner, like here. I think it’s good to be honest about the way one uses it, too many people use it and treat it like athletics ashamedly using steroids. The critical thing is not to use LLMs to outsource one’s cognition and judgment.
