Why did Ukraine stop bombing Russian fuel tanks? Seemed like a great strategy

they are cutting off Crimea from fuel imports now, which is even worse. fuel tankers are getting picked off by drones and the bridges that allow fuel (and food) imports are being targeted constantly. this is a crisis right now and the Russians have no good way of dealing with it. the Kerch bridge is closed to this sort of traffic. they'll probably be able to airlift what they need for the military for a while, but the civilian population is totally fucked.
