They could just go sideways along the plane, facing each other, with aisles in the middle. Although the seats would be smaller, it would feel more spacious without the big seat backs, tray tables, armrests, etc.
Like this, but closer together, without the poles. Maybe 2 or 3 sets of them, back to back from each other, depending on the width of the plane. |

Its the american airline racket. Airlines, even 1st class in USA, is pure shit. 1st class on Delta or American is worse than economy on Qatar or Emirates.
They don't try because they dont need too. Airlines will also book up spots at airports just to prevent other airlines from coming in and that's why you often have 1-2 airlines that dominate a single airport.
You gets get fucked daily by companies but you care about DEI crap. |
