I dont know this court's system of filling seats after strikes and excusals... if it follows juror numbers or is random. People who care about justice should make sure its random. That means the defense can employ no strategy to knowingly get venireperson X called up.

A third of the venire make the jury, so there should be ~1 potential POC. Batson gives massive leeway for strikes, so any facially neutral reason (in this case it was "we dont want teachers") and the POC is gone

In any area where the black demo is much higher, youve got black jurors and a predictable verdict, based on defendant skin.
