Groceries are atleast 50% more expensive.
A car is probably 100% more expensive factoring in interest rates
Any type of insurance is up 50-70%
A mid tier dinner for 2 that used to be $40 is now like $90. |

Sometimes go out on a walking trail. Still go to the gym. I'll watch YouTube videos of food I want to eat while eating my rice and beans and imagine I'm eating that fancy food. Go to free events I find on MeetUp or Eventbrite. I'll go to stores and try on clothes for fun and then not buy anything. Oh well, when you've done your best and your best isn't good enough, what can you do? |

Almost every subreddit there’s a bunch of people saying that make X amount of money, or they came from extreme poverty and now making a huge amount of money. While every time I step out of the house it seems like most people are just struggling to survive working multiple jobs to feed their families. Hell, I went from minimum wage to 80k after 10 years of being out of college, but nothing like Reddit posts: “After living in poverty now I’m making over 500k a year, own several properties, yada yada yada…”
Now the question is, wtf are we doing wrong? 🤔 |
