I remember a country and I remember it being pretty good, truly "free", generally a force for good on the world stage. Now? Lmao. More degrees in the population than ever and yet the country is the dumbest and most indoctrinated its ever been, small businesses are wiped out post-COVID, the average millennial/zoomer is a tatted up slave with no real ethos beyond what's on TikTok, people are dropping dead left and right of heart problems, everything is incredibly & obnoxiously expensive, wealth gap exploding, the mask has come off re who really runs the joint with Israel/Palestine, it does not feel "free" at all except to sin, and the people in charge increasingly seem like they have less and less idea what they're doing. Life is unpleasant because the country has become completely Americanized but only with negative attributes. People are completely transient, they are tethered geographically to their jobs, journalism is now just the duality of arguing partisans. Unlike in the US, the the workforce and supply chain is terribly inefficient, the people here are useless layabouts. 1 American worker = 3 Australian workers. Food is outrageously expensive, which shouldn't happen in a sparsely populated temperate continent. Energy is also expensive, which sounds strange when Australia has the 3rd largest coal reserves in the world.

There is something about being lucky, never experiencing hardship, getting given everything on a plate that just completely corrupts the collective soul. When times get tough in this globalist nightmare machine, instead of getting your shit sorted, optimizing your 'life', learning a skill, what people are doing instead is checking out of society, doing drugs, going on welfare, committing some type of welfare fraud on top of that, joining 'death cults' probably unknowingly. Instead of having families and being a presence in the local community, men are just engaging in financial speculation, and this only accelerates the pace of ruination of the country.
