Next time, get a 24 oz package of Wright brand applewood thick cut bacon. Also get a package of hickory thick cut. Oven roasting is fine, but you only need one fucking piece of parchment paper to line your sheet pan. Convection roast at 325 for better control. Be sure to flip before finishing |

I use tinfoil, not parchment paper. Explain using paper. Seems ncr with the grease.
I didn't discover cooking it in the oven until I was an adult. Growing up, we would microwave it on paper towels on a plastic lid (ljl), microwave it on our special plastic microwave bacon cooker, or fry it on the stove. |

Parchment paper is what I had. The grease comes out and then you pull up the paper after it congeals an almost all of it comes out smooth and you can just throw away. |
