totally subjective IMO. the classic answer is probably Florida/Texas. But if you value culture and you're single you might hate it in these places.
Single, rich, with high income? you probably want to be in a big city.
Married and starting a family? you probably want to be in a lowest cost city with highest paying job you can find.
just go explore, a lot of work is remote now. pick a place that interests you. you can always move if you dont like it or things change.
btw its way easier to find a GF than to make and keep friends imo. a lot of your friends will fall off within 5 years for various reasons. you can always find a few bros you get drinks with at work or at the pickleball/golf course in any city
