Date: April 14th, 2026 11:48 PM Author: Swollen Den i guess the fromsoft/soulsborne games are interesting, even if not to everyone's taste. they basically took the castlevania: symphony of the night aesthetic and successfully expanded it into 3D. even people who hate stuff like bloodborne don't usually consider it a 'bad' game in terms of how it looks or functions.
cyberpunk 2077 also looks pretty good after the initial glitched launch. |

Technically speaking though, when a good game like BG3 comes out it isn't just "a game". It is THE game, a platform unto itself that you can spend countless hour playing around in. There are many like this now, with the most notable being Fortnite Minecraft Roblox.
The problem is that if none of these appeal to you then you don't have a "The Game" and thus is born the State of Gaming. |
