Problem is a lack of elite midfielders and defenders. We didn't have anyone who could advance the ball with speed and pace and get it to strikers in dangerous positions. We also didn't have defenders who were halfway competent. I like the coach though. He brings a level of chillness that we actually need. He doesn't seem to fly too hot or to cold. Even keel.
