I know a dude who owns a shop that restores and resells flood cars. He once mentioned there's an Enterprise location in Houston where their entire inventory floods out all the time even from regular storms with a lot of rain. Insurance covers it. He said it’s a great way to unload inventory. Three of his employees have been killed from the explosions within the last 7 years.
