i assumed he wasn't going to make a hipaa claim per se but just present facts about how i violated his hipaa rights to demonstrate how extreme and outrageous my behavior has been to bolster his IIED claim.

this may just be wishful thinking on my part as there are dozens of torts i'm liable to spaceporn for, so i'm hoping he doesn't include all of them.
