Apparently the waitress was absolutely unrepentant when asked about it the next day by management in response to my email and telephone call. She was taken aside at around 11:30 am before the lunch shift started and asked about what transpired. She dug her feet in and insisted that she was right, and was unapologetic at a time when one would think the best thing to do was to admit a mistake was made. Absolutely insane. As I said, I blame Trump for giving a license to this racism and all around weirdness. |
