The actual EV impact on the election even if he doubles the number of black and Latino men who v for him isn't very small. Any gains there can be completely wiped out by suburban white women.
I dug into all of the demographic voting data from 2016 and 2020. The inner city ballot dump shit is a myth. Trump got wrecked specifically by white suburban women and their husbands in purple swing counties. Trump is utterly dismal with suburban white women. They absolutely despise him. Women fundamentally want the right to kill their baby if they feel like it. It's not a morality question. It's not about weighing the life of the child vs this and that. They want to kill their baby unrestricted whenever they feel like it, simply because they feel like it. It's the right to shrug your shoulders and say, 'I'm done.' Vance does strike all these women as weird af. He's the prototypical bad guy they envision taking their rights away.
The main reason Trump's numbers are better than ever before is because he really appeals to white men who view the country as slipping away from them for good. The Dems entire platform is that if you're a white guy you're wrong and bad, and this makes people not like them. But literally only white men care about this. There's going to be a lot of split households on election night. It's a race now to turn out white suburban voters with a massive gender split we've never seen before.
