Date: September 29th, 2025 2:17 PM Author: nofapping wonderful parlour I wanted it done right and a contractor was looking for winter work. I paid 60K for the composite deck and concrete footers. The pilings were helical pilings that were drilled in. That was a huge expense, but it won't buckle or heave with the permafrost.
It completely changes the house and it's awesome. The pic was from once the snow melted and I hadn't cleaned up the yard or put the jetski docks in the water yet. |

Lots of jet skis, wake boats, ski boats, etc. The little sailboats are a ton of fun when it's too windy to do watersports.
