I make and eat all my food at home apart from special occasions or when I'm too tired to prepare something. |

I actually put Chipotle in a different category from most fast food because all the ingredients are real food. whereas something like McDonald's is half plastic. I'm not autistic but I just can't stomach the texture of UPFs posing as meat. |

I just looked up the nutrition facts for the burrito salad I ordered, and it has like 1800 mg of sodium. A typical Chipotle order probably has closer to 2500 mg. Even Chipotle, as the "healthy" fast food option, puts too much salt in their food. And IIRC, none of their ingredients are organic. Date: June 19th, 2026 10:38 AM Author: Howard Nutlick's demonic giggle yeah to be fair I've always had naturally low blood pressure which I think gives me a greater appetite for salt than most. doctors have always told me it's fine to eat a lot of sodium as long as my vitals and labs stay excellent. I monitor my BP regularly to make sure I'm maintaining my vascular health, and it's steady at 100/60. but I realize that's not exactly the norm and a lot of people need to be more conscious of how much sodium they're consuming.
idek what "organic" means but I'm just saying it's whole foods as opposed to UPFs. |
