The core concepts of evil, dualism, and gnosticism are clearly defined and can be easily understood and explained to a 5th grader, thus disproving your own assertion that it's a pointless exercise to be necessary to philosophical inquiry. It is in fact an empirical truth that in any philosophical treaties there must fundamentally exist core terms, concepts, and components which are clearly defined and easily understood before more extensive arguments can be made. Without fundamental building blocks how could we have any phenomenological understanding of anything?
Terms and concepts are the fundamental building blocks of philosophy. How could you even dispute this? My assertion has always been that the terms Consuela uses are ill-defined, misnomers, or psychobabble with no inherent underlying meaning. Therefore, I argue, no concrete claims can be made about historical work at all. It's so poorly written and defined that his meaning is ephemeral, if it exists at all.
Are you really going to bow out now rather than engage with my rock solid cogent argument I've laid out before you?

From his substack:
"This perspective can be looked at from an apophatic (via negativa) angle: knowing or describing God by negation - saying what God is not, and he is not any one side of the opposites, or it can be looked at from a cataphatic (via positiva) angle: knowing or describing God by affirmation - saying what God is using positive statements, as the ultimate unity of opposites.
This is a conception of God that Jung called Abraxas in his Liber Novus, and it is a horrifying concept: God as not just all good but all good and all evil, everything - not a trinity but a quaternity: the Father, the Son, the Holy Ghost, and Satan."
You don't need to know the history of abrasax as a late antique demonic figure, or any other quasi-mythic figures from that era, to understand consuela's definitions. They're Jungian clothes wrapped around perfectly comprehensible concepts (note: they're not psychobabble just because they come from Jung, plenty of 19th century philosphers are looking for Hermetic wisdom as well). Consuela lays the important parts out just fine.

I was only like 6th or 7th overall and while I do poast all day I almost never poasted a lot at a time. I trickle throughout the day without ever getting too invested meanwhile you're the undisputed king of subthread wastelands. The only reason you don't poast more is that engagement is way down and your audience dwindled. If this place ever grew in users you would be right back here effort poasting nonstop. Meanwhile I mostly poast funny things and forcememes. Your level of give a shit about this place has always been way higher than mine. I sprinkle random little bits throughout the day for amusement. You've spent way more time here actually focused and engaging. You also care deeply about your reputation and persona, as much as TSINAH or anyone whose identity is completely wrapped up in it.
Consuela is neither thoughtful, nor intelligent. He is verbose but he can barely spell, punctuate, abandoned stringing his own sentences together years ago. He distorts meaning and twists ideas, rarely settling on anything coherent. He has no intellectual value and nothing can be gleaned from his work. Millions of words just to say 'life is complicated' is not a win, it is not a W, it's actually just dogshit. Deeply flawed and objectively wrong don't go far enough. It is totally meaningless psychobabble. I made this thread as a PSA to the bort to raise awareness about his inherent stupidity. I think people who have gotten into the weeds and wasted a ton of time toying with him for amusement has run its course. It's time we move forward as a community beyond memes about Abraxas and Evil in the Godhead
It was funny for 5 minutes but now it's over. We can't waste any more mental energy on this clown. His 15 minutes are up. I worry that unfortunately you're going to milk another two years out of this bit because you enjoy messing with lolcows as one of your primary hobbies in life. But I had to put out the word and spell it out plainly for all to see so hope I never have to hear from this guy again, although I have a creeping suspicion you're going to start another parody about him within the hour.

The whole thing is literally
1. Things exist
2. They are different from each other
3. You can group all these different things into 1 big thing
4. Do nothing
This is extremely profound to these people for some reason

Woah? You mean morality is complex and as humans we have to navigate competing sentiments about what to do, who to be, and how to behave?
Hello? Mom? I just turned 12 and I have some very important Thoughts about life!!!!
This guy wrote thousands of pages just to come to 'morality is complex and the human journey is sophisticated and contains contradictions'? What a fucking limp dick lol

Finally we can agree on none of us being Kant.
I think it's fair to say that if your passionate interest is philosophy and you care a lot about morality then it is a fair question to ask and explore and devote your time and effort to.
There's a really good professor whose old lectures are on YouTube. Look up Michael Sugrue. This guy summarizes the philosophies of most of the historically famous philosophers in one hour lectures. He tackles tough intellectual and moral questions through the lens of various philosophers throughout history who also asked these questions. I think he does a really good job of communicating and explaining complex topics. Unlike Consuela, he taught at Princeton. I think we already have some pretty strong tentpoles in the humanities to go to for life's big questions.

We have to face the facts: Goy Superstar is a poor thinker.
This is a guy who lives in mental poverty. He is utterly worthless as a thinker and no institution of learning anywhere in the world would take him seriously.
His crutch is the internet. If not for the fact that tech entrepreneurs have built him this playground to spend his days in, he would be howling at the moon. He is destined to be utterly disregarded as a scholar and philosopher for all time.
He is already forgotten like the living dead. Nothing he could possibly do could overcome his intellectual irrelevance. He is utterly doomed to obscurity. If not for bugging us all the time on this site no one would know who he is. No one would read a word he wrote without the power of technology.
He is a nuisance and a pest. We have to accept this.
