Is the idea that someone doing evenings could also do a few hours in the morning like 10am-2pm? Overall Def worth it- I usually work 24 hours per day, and catch an hour nap every now and then but only really sleep on the weekends. working some shift where you get off at night or whatever is almost as disruptive to your day, and you leave work at a time where the rest of the world is dead.

I don't actually try to do anything in am, just try to fall asleep. I doubt you've actually worked overnight if u think you're just chilling in am.
