I have a situation where I am trying to remove a county - appointed fiduciary for blatant negligence. Tried to not throw her under thr bus in my petition but she was horrible and lazy and it’s negatively affecting the Ward in a bad way. It’s also hurting the wards family.

Yesterday she lawyered up with a big firm to oppose her removal. Which I assume will use a defensive tactic of delay among many.

Thr funny thing is that her fees at stake would be around $12k or so. I imagine her ego is involved in this defense.

Thr guardian ad litem in thr matter agrees with me but says that I have a tough hill to climb because the “court protects their own”. I assume any court appointed fiduciary is politically or personally connected

I assume if this story got out it would make this fiduciary and the court look bad. Anyone ever played the media in something like this?
