The best way to understand California, geographically, is that it brings a lot of uncertainty. The Specific Ocean makes yuge waves but sucks otherwise. The sacramento river is a bigger flood threat than any other waterway in America. The forests are naturally highly combustible. Rich people should be allowed to build whatever they want there on condition that they self-insure against every loss |
