XO Al Pacino Film - Final $50K

BUT, we need a FINAL $50k before Wednesday for senior production loan to close.
Had to shift someone from the equity pool to the gap loan pool. Equity is cash flowing production credit so principal is paid out as soon as received from Italy (3 months post production typically). 20% premium and % of backend paid in profit pool on same terms as financiers, producers and talent.
Happy to provide XO credit, meet with Al, come to set in Italy next month, join me in Cannes mid-may for the film festival when I take over international sales, and red carpet premiere invite next year. |

I'll be in Cannes in May, and then Toronto for TIFF in early September. |
