I made four pizzas last night, homemade dough.
One cheese, one pepperoni mushroom, a white pizza with sliced tomatoes, mushrooms and arugula in an olive oil/lemon dressing and then my MEXICAN PIZZA.
The mexican pizza was everyone's favorite. They said it was "fire" which is black slang for 180.
I spread jalapeno refried beans on the bottom for the base and then spread Cowboy Caviar, a black bean/yellow corn/jalapeno salsa on top, added shredded Mexican cheese, Italian sausage, shredded some chicken breast from a roasted chicken and then rolled it in cotija cheese. After it came out of the oven I put some dollops of sour cream and sprinkled fresh cilantro on top. Each slice had one glob of marinara on top.
This would actually sell. |
